Chicken Stew


I would not recommend the chicken stew in the countryside around Beijing: it consits mainly of unidentifiable parts (with the exception of the the feet). A farmer once explained us that it's not polite to serve the white meat, and to show us some respect, they carefully put it away, leaving the "black" meat only: the meat close to the bones.
